Moon Chemical can manufacture liquid batch sizes from 5 gallons up to 12,000 gallons. We strive to always offer as much flexibility as possible to our customers on batch sizes. We have poly mix tanks, carbon steel mix tanks, and stainless steel mix tanks. We offer the ability to hydrate polymers using high-speed sheer blades and also in-line sheer  pumps. Additional capabilities include processing both endothermic and exothermic reactions. We can manufacture fully soluble oil or water products, suspensions, emulsions, and dispersions. Finished goods can be  packaged into quarts, gallons, 5-gallon pails, 30-gallon drums, 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon totes, 330-gallon totes, and bulk transports. Moon Chemical utilizes a stringent quality control and quality assurance program. Retained samples are kept from every batch  manufactured, whether in the plant or in the laboratory for a 6-month  minimum. Products are tracked with a lot number that is recorded on the package, batch record, bill of lading, and invoice, so our customers  always have the traceability to guarantee they receive a quality product. We specialize in nonhazardous, corrosive, flammable, and oxidizing liquids.
